Adam C. Peakes

Adam brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. He joins us most recently from Hornblower Group, where he served as President after leading its financial strategy and operational enhancements as CFO. Prior to that, Adam was President and CFO of Merichem Corporation, a global industrial and environmental services company.

Earlier in his career, Adam was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Noble Corporation, one of the world’s largest offshore drilling contractors, where he led global treasury, FP&A, accounting, and investor relations through a period of transformation. Before his corporate executive roles, Adam spent almost two decades in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., leading large energy and infrastructure strategic transactions and executing complex capital market financings.

Adam earned his MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Political Science and Managerial Studies from Rice University.

Adam is recognized for his thoughtful leadership, analytical rigor, and collaborative approach. His combination of capital markets experience, operational discipline, and growth mindset make him a natural fit for bn’s ambitions and culture.

Adam is based in Houston, Texas.  He is married to Dr. Waverly Peakes and they are the proud parents of four children.
